Cocoonr agency offers this south-facing 40 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Saint-Nic, about 500 m from the beach. It sleeps up to 6 people.

It comprises an 18 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath).
Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- 18 m² living room with TV, dining area and double sofa bed
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (can be made into a 140x190 double bed)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide a highchair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 13 m² south-facing terrace with furniture and an electric barbecue to make the most of the fine weather.
- An indoor swimming pool (heated) shared by the holiday village and open from 1ᵉʳ April to 18 October.

The house is located in Saint-Nic, 500 m from Pentrez beach. Nearby you'll find a bakery, a local market, a café, restaurants...
