🚗 Parking
You have access to a subscription card for free parking at Indigo Casino, about an 8-minute walk from the apartment (maximum height: 1.85 m).
We recommend unloading your luggage near the apartment before parking your vehicle.

⚠️ During the high season (around July 14 and August 15), the card does not always guarantee an available parking space.

The location is perfect for discovering Biarritz on foot while enjoying the ocean and the elegant Basque coastal vibe.

💳 Deposit
A €400 security hold will be requested for the rental. It is processed through a secure Swikly link and must be completed before your arrival.
Service fees from €3 to €9.30 apply. The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your card limits.
Within 7 days after departure, and provided the apartment is returned in perfect condition according to the terms and conditions, this hold will be automatically released.
