Charming one-bedroom apartment with a private garden, a 4-minute walk from the beaches of Capbreton

Enjoy an independent, comfortable and perfectly equipped apartment, located on the first floor of a family home inhabited all year round. Ideally located in a lively area, a few minutes' walk from the ocean, shops and restaurants, it is an ideal starting point to discover the Landes coast.

The apartment has its own private entrance as well as a closed and sheltered airlock, perfect for storing bikes, surfboards and other equipment in complete safety.

The spacious living room consists of a bright living room with television and large sofa, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen with dining area. The whole opens onto the terrace and the garden.

The bedroom, located in a quiet area, is accessible by a small office space. It is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm double bed with a view of the garden. A modern en-suite bathroom completes the sleeping area.

The garden is a real asset: shaded terrace, bodega and relaxation areas invite you to enjoy the sweetness of outdoor life throughout the day.

Once your vehicle is parked, everything can be done on foot or by bike. The ocean is less than 5 minutes away on foot and the cycle path passes in front of the house. Capbreton, Hossegor, the fish market, shops, restaurants, bars and the main entertainment are accessible in less than 10 minutes by bike.

Between the Landes, the Basque Country and Spain, the region is about an hour away, and offers many possibilities for excursions. Depending on the season, you can practice surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, yoga, fishing, walks in the forest or around the ponds, and enjoy the many local events: concerts, surfing championships, Rondes des Sables, rugby entertainment, sea festivals, jazz festival, storytelling festival, ...

An ideal pied-à-terre for a car-free holiday, between the ocean, nature and the Landes art of living.

Please note: the exterior of the property is currently being renovated. This work is interrupted during the season. This will not affect access to the accommodation or your comfort during your stay.

Logement confortable et spacieux, à 5 minutes à pied du front de mer, parfaitement insonorisé vis à vis de l'avenue principale de Capbreton, très très bien meublé et équipé, rien ne manque!Le jardin privatif extérieur bénéficie de l'ombre avantageuse d'un mûrier platane.Nous recommandons et sommes prêts à renouveler l'expérience, sans hésitation.

Très agreable logement à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage principale.Un appartement spacieux tres bien meublé et décoré, et un extérieur très sympa : Une ambiance très "familiale". Les propriétaires habitent au dessus et sont très discrets tout en étant disponibles le cas échéant .

L'appartement est magnifique, un véritable coup de coeur ! Très bien entretenu et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, ainsi que la vaisselle et le linge de maison qui est de qualités. Sandrine est un hôte attentive, souriante, disponible et très discrète:) le jardin clos, la bodega sa grande terrasse et ce grand mûrier qui apporte fraicheur et ombre dans les jours de grosses chaleurs. Une fois la voiture garée, tout ce fait à pieds ou à vélo ! Avons été accueilli par Sandrine le jour de notre arrivée et de notre départ, très apprécié, merci Sandrine pour toutes vos gentilles attentions ! Tout était parfait !L’emplacement de la maison à quelques pas de l’océan, des commerces…On peut laisser la voiture et faire tout à pied ou en vélo Le logement est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût Le jardin est magnifique !La terrasse et la bodega sont très agréables Sandrine est une hôte vraiment charmante disponible et à l’écoute Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

La ubicacion es excelente, muy cerca de la playa, del mercado del pescado y con zonas de parquing gratuitas. Al llegar puedes dejar el coche estacionado y hacerlo todo a pie o mejor en bicicleta, con muchos carriles bici para poder llegar a todas partes.El apartamento està genial, muy arreglado y todos los enseres y detalles para sentirte como en casa. El jardin una delícia.Y que decir de Sandrine, una anfitriona excelente, siempre dispuesta a ofrecerte la mejor estancia posible y cuidando los detalles para que sea así.Las fotografias son un reflejo de la realidad.

Lieu très agréable. Très bel appartement, Le jardin, la bodega, permettent de vivre des moments reposants. Les plages, les commerces sont proches. On peut tout faire à pieds. La propriétaire est tres accueillante et à l’écoute. Un très bon séjour.
