Bring the whole family to this perfect mountain getaway with lots of room for fun. This newly renovated home in a private, gated community of Elk River is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our open floor plan has 2 spacious bedrooms on the first level, plus an upstairs loft with sleeper sofa. Perfect for family vacation, girls getaway, or special occasion. Large outdoor porch perfect for morning coffee, nightly cocktails, grilling or roasting marshmallows. If you have a bigger family we have a full downstairs that has an addition 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a game room and bar. Make sure to check out our other listing if you need more space. This house is split into two levels. It can be rented as just a two bedroom upstairs or the entire house can be rented as a 4 bedroom with 4 full bathrooms and one half bath. There is a main front entry for guests just booking the main floor. There is also a side entry for bottom floor guests.

This house is gorgeous! Perfect location for lots of golf and hiking.

Overall this trip was pretty perfect.
