- a 1st bedroom with two single beds (possibility of sleeping adults or children)
- a 2nd bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed acting as a double bed
- air conditioning is upstairs for cool nights in summer

Good to know:
- a free parking space is available at the entrance of the residence
- the beach, more than 8 km long and classified as one of the most beautiful in France, is about 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car
- beautiful walks are also possible on site along the cliff or in the surrounding area (Leucate, Port la nouvelle, Perpignan)
- The rental price varies according to the season, and the number of nights.
