The location was amazing, in the centre of a beautiful town. But I had to pay 30 for towels and sheets—which weren’t there when I arrived—I had to ask for them again and they were just put on top of my bed so I had to make my own bed after a very long trip. This isn’t a youth hostel. It wasn’t the cleanest apartment either. I was staying with family who were in another property nearby and I was too embarrassed to invite them in. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom.Luckily, Quiberon is an amazing town otherwise this property would have been deeply depressing.

We are pleased that you enjoyed the prime location in Quiberon, but we are truly sorry that the rest of your experience did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the issues regarding the linen, the bed making, and the amenities. This does not reflect the standards of quality and service we aim to provide. We have addressed these points directly with our local housekeeping team to ensure that paid linen is always placed correctly on the beds prior to guest arrival and that basic toiletries are properly supplied. Regarding the cleanliness, your remarks have been taken very seriously to prevent this from happening again.
