Holiday home in a small village with an area of 90 M2, two kilometers from shops, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants
The house is south facing and is bright.
On the first floor, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with television, wifi, as well as the bathroom and separate toilets.
Upstairs, three large bedrooms with parquet flooring, 160 x 200 beds, as well as a reading corner to relax.
Enclosed courtyard in front of the house, with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue for your moments of conviviality.
The house is located 10 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from Dinan, a medieval city.
You also have the whole coast of Saint Malo, Dinard, Cap Fréhel, Fort Lalatte
You can also go for walks from the house.
Corseul is a town with archaeological sites

The house is spacious, clean and comfortable.Some important items could be added to the bedrooms, for instance a mirror and a chair to put clothes on.We were surprised there was no salt in the kitchen( We left the one we bought.). There were only two dish towels, practically no dish soap left, only two rolls of toilet paper.. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Stéphane est très agréable, souriant, dynamique, disponible. La maison est très propre, très calme avec beaucoup d'avantages : stationnement du véhicule dans la cour, lave vaisselle, machine à laver...vous en découvrirez beaucoup d'autre. Je recommande et n'hésiterai pas à y retourner.

Mme et Mr R. Laurent , nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une maison calme et reposante .avec un propriétaire avenant et réactif.Les équipements corrects Nous recommandons ce lieu aux voyageurs.

Maison agréable à vivre, elle correspond aux photos et à la description. Nous avons eu un hôte flexible et réactif. Endroit calme.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette location le temps d'un week-end à l'occasion d'un mariage à proximité, et tout était parfait.Le logement est très propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenu. La literie est d'excellente qualité, ce qui nous a permis de passer de très bonnes nuits.Un grand merci également au propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse, qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.Nous recommandons cette location sans la moindre hésitation et y reviendrons avec plaisir si nous sommes de passage dans la région !

Nous venons de passer un bon séjour dans ce gîte tout récemment mis en location. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement accueillis par Stephane le propriétaire.Le gîte est bien aménagé avec une literie neuve. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les cadeaux de bienvenue (cidre et gâteaux bretons). Le gîte est bien localisé pour les sorties touristiques entre Dinan et Dinard/St Malo. St Cast du Guildo est situé à proximité également.
