This 17 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor (accessible by elevator and eight flights of stairs), overlooks the residence's parking lot and faces southeast. It is 400 meters from the center of Lamalou-les-Bains and 650 meters from the thermal baths. The apartment features a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and freezer compartment, a microwave, a mini-oven, and a two-burner ceramic hob. The kitchenette opens onto the main room, which includes a sofa bed (140 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a single bed (80 cm) at the entrance. There are two built-in storage cupboards (no wardrobe). A ceiling fan is provided. Wi-Fi is available in the studio. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. A balcony with a table and chairs is also included. Free municipal parking is available nearby. A laundromat is located within the residence. Pets are welcome. A travel cot for a baby can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
