The studio is located in an apartment building constructed in 1989, was renovated in 2011, and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is also popular because of the view of the sea. Available for shared use: garden shower, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Medulin. The studio is located on a 600 sqm enclosed property. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. In the house, there are the holiday apartments IST MED 666 (7 people), IST MED 667 and 669 (each for 4 people), IST MED 668 and 670 (each for 3 people). Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
