Building amenities include covered private parking, elevator, heated indoor pool, sundeck, game room, outdoor shower. Very comfortable, family friendly, one bedroom, one bath 4th floor condo includes washer/dryer, all new furniture and flooring, linens, towels, full size fridge, stovetop, big screen TV streaming hundreds of free movies and the fastest Wi-Fi in Ocean City! Can sleep up to 6.

You’ll be staying just 2 blocks from award winning Northside Park. Enjoy a walk in the park, take your bike, rent a kayak, or paddle board. Enjoy the great children’s play area, or the dock that extends into the bay where you can crab or fish. The park includes 3 baseball fields and a unique outdoor workout area with resistance equipment.

A Wonderful Little Condo

This condo was absolutely beautiful and I loved how close it was to the beach. The owner was wonderfully communicative and helped me with an issue even though it was late at night. The sunrise and sunset views were phenomenal. My only issue was with the property itself. You can hear EVERYTHING from the condo next door, especially if there is a noisy family. I unfortunately didn't get any sleep because there were phone conversations and loud conversations in the bathroom and living room which sounds like they are right there in the bedroom. Constant banging and floor stomping literally shook the unit which was a pretty bad flaw for trying to have a relaxing stay. Fortunately on the last night of my stay, there were much quieter neighbors and I finally got some sleep. It would have been perfect were it not for the noise and ground shaking. I'll definitely probably try again in the off season in hopes of quieter neighbors.

Beautiful Views!

This condo was amazing! It has TWO balconies (ocean view AND Bay view!)...Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Fantastic location with bars and restaurants within walking distance, with live music! We were there through July 4thand the fireworks from Northside Park were incredible! Will definitely stay there again!

Great place for my family!

We absolutely loved our stay! Balcony was gorgeous to sit on and watch the sunset over the water. Other balcony had a beautiful view as well. Easy to walk to places to eat and shop. Beach wasn’t too crowded which was perfect! Thank you for the hospitality! Highly recommend!

The Marylander Visit

Perfect weather for Father’s Day weekend at the Marylander. The unit on the 4th floor was very nice and clean with a great view of the Ocean and even the Bay. There were fireworks at the Riverside park which we watched on the balcony. Definitely will rent again.
