Savannah Historic District Studio on Perry Lane

This studio is tucked behind a Liberty Street row house in the Historic District. Gorgeous granite counter tops in the kitchenette, bar table, queen bed and easy chairs plus large flat screen tv will make you feel at home in this romantic retreat. Bathroom has walk in shower.

A 'carriage house' is a behind a main house, which is a common setup in Savannah. The private entrance for this unit is in the Lane (alley) that is technically Perry Lane and there are stairs to the main living space. This is above a garage. The balcony overlooks a shared patio. There is no shared interior space in terms of bedroom/bathroom that is all private for you during your stay.

You have a private stairwell leading to your private interior studio. The studio has a mini kitchen, private bathroom with real door, Queen bed and sitting area. The garage below is shared with the owner but when she is out of town you would be permitted to put your car in her spot so just ask! The laundry machines in the garage are for guests to use any time.

Parking with a small SUV or smaller is very much worth it and is located in a great spot to walk or get an Uber. Was just a tad smaller than i expected but overall great stay and very responsive host

As advertised and we walked to everything. Garage was nice to have with limited parking. Would've been nice to have ice trays for the freezer.

Perfect Little Apartment

Loved our stay for the St Patrick's Day Events. Spent four nights and found the apartment to be very comfortable and in a great spot. Easy walking to everything we needed to see. Nice little balcony to sit and enjoy the sun. We got stuck inside because of a rain storm for part of the day and enjoyed the comfy chairs with our books.

Nice place to stay, centrally located in Savannah

Centrally located in Savannah, we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants, shopping and the Riverwalk were all just a few blocks away. The room was like a studio apartment, nice & cozy for my wife and I. All at a reasonable price.

Excellent Historic Dowtown Location

Very convenient location in the Historic Downtown. Trolley tours did pickup/return to our door for a good day of sightseeing. Use of the garage was a nice bonus!

Great location. Easy to get 'downtown' by walking, only 20min to the market square area by foot. Bikes would've made this location/stay a perfect 10/10 so bring some if you have some.

Beautiful place, great location

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage house was decorated very cute, the mattress was on the firmer side but was very comfortable. There was a very helpful and convenient screen on the wall full of recommendations of where to eat, maps and directions, and attractions around the area. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Would highly recommend!

We loved that the apartment had a digital board for all things about our stay, things to do and places around us - that was really cool I’ve never seen that before it was very handy. The place is also is a perfect location in downtown savannah, very close to everything we wanted to do. SUPER easy electronic access too.

Cozy and clean, had everything I needed. Lots of natural light, and a little balcony to sit in the sun and relax. Very walkable to local shops and restaurants, and even the riverfront if you are a moderately active person. The stairway going up is a bit long, but not steep and is carpeted.

Amazing location!

The place was more spacious than expected. Overall it’s small and cozy! Not pristine in terms of cleanliness, but tidy and comfortable. The major star for this stay is the location!! Tucked away from the busiest areas, so it’s quiet. And a 5min walk from anything and everything in the historic district!! Would recommend for a party of 1-2!
