This Designer Series Modern Oasis II By Poree Homes located in gated community for extra level of privacy and security.
This townhome features a king size master bedroom, a second and third bedroom upstairs. 2.5 bathrooms, and a
two-car garage with remote access for use during your stay.

This townhome features a king size master bedroom with the highest quality of bed linens. The ensuite bathroom features a garden tub, separate shower and double vanities.

The living room area is professionally decorated with modern furnishings. The room features a 65 inch smart tv and the highest level of wifi available. Dining options for 8 people. The kitchen is fully stocked.

The two upstairs bedroom features queen beds and a shared full bathroom. Each bedroom features a 42 inch smart tv mounted on the wall.

The home features a two-car garage with remote access for use during your stay.

The guest has full access to the home except the master bedroom closet.

The Pelican Lakes area is the most desirable. You are minutes from everything including LSU, restaurants, shopping, casino, water park, and others which makes the most pleasurable stay.

To best get around you will need access to a car. Lyft and Uber is also available in the area. Poree Homes does offer Sprinter van rentals, please ask if you are interested.
Quite times are from 10pm to 7am. No parties or events are allowed at anytime!

Good Place to Stay

Property is a good place to stay if visiting LSU. Not too far and convenient. Property has nice size and space for our family of 5 and felt extremely safe. Instructions for arrival were nice and clear. Did not receive any instructions when leaving. So, we left the home with stripped bedding and towels on the floors in piles, but unsure if they owner had any other instructions. Few small but important notes: 1. TV in upper kid bedroom remote did not work. We couldn’t figure it out even after putting in fresh batteries. Had to renegotiate bedrooms for the kids. 2. There were not any soft pillows in the main bedroom. The two that were on the bed were hard as rocks. We had to take from other rooms and family members to get sleep on night 2. The pillows were not in decorative pillowcases, but were hard as decorative pillows. 3. The bath towels were not crisp white. I understand that they were “clean” but definitely have to pull all used towels out of rotation. Give the impression of being dirty. 4. All toilet seats were old and worn: once again, gives the appearance of unclean, when it’s just worn. 5. Extra condiments (left over from prior guests) need to be cleaned and/or removed. When grabbing the honey, it was stuck and crusted into the cabinet. All simple things that can be easily fixed. .

Great home to stay in

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes. This is by far one of the best I've ever seen. Everything about this location and this rental was simply amazing. The house is immaculate and the location is perfect.
