The unit is located within a duplex with UPPER & LOWER apartments both used exclusively as Short-Term Rentals. Unit #2 is the upper unit apartment. The property is 124 yrs strong, newly remodeled from ceiling to floor in 2018-2019.

Located in the historic Hawthorne area, 15 min walk/4 min drive to downtown Fargo. Quick access to Hwy-94 & I-29 for easy commute. Great space for the business traveler(s) solo or group traveler(s) and those visiting family or friends. Each unit has 1 garage/1 driveway parking space available for use plus there is also free on-street parking.

I travel often myself and have tried to incorporate things that have helped me along in my travels. There are board games and a free library set up in each unit. Brochures & pamphlets highlighting some of Fargo's best features. Both units are exclusive short-term rental units so your neighbor is a fellow traveler. The property was originally built in 1898, which makes it 124 years strong! Later converted into two separate apartments. The property is located in the beautiful historic Hawthorne neighborhood mixed with single family homes, multi-family properties and small local businesses. It's a great neighborhood to walk around in and get a sense of the Fargo community.

There is a shared laundry 🧺 room in the basement of the duplex.
* Lower Unit #1 can access via kitchen door.
* Upper Unit #2 can access via back entrance around the rear of the duplex.

Best Spot in Fargo!

Everything about this little duplex is great! The location was convenient to everything we needed and our unit (we were upstairs) was SO CLEAN! I could not have asked for anything more! It was supplied with everything I could ever need and things I wouldn’t think of! Having coffee and oatmeal available to get the mornings started was a great extra! Susan was quick and friendly with her communication and the list of “must see” places that I requested was so helpful. Clean, comfortable, convenient-the trifecta of a great place to stay! If I’m ever back in Fargo or know someone who is going, I’ll definitely recommend this property!

Cozy property conveniently located close to downtown

Extremely clean, well-kept property that was perfect for us. Excellent location which was close to downtown and to NDSU where we spent a lot of time. We would definitely recommend.

Perfect Fargo / NDSU House

Fantastic! Property is upper level of two-floor house. Well lit at night and safe. Appeared to be very fresh -- maybe new refurbishing.. Very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, great sitting room. Smart TV with free Hulu and Netflix and local channels, too. Place was far bigger than I expected. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides, which is good for privacy. Location is great as close to NDSU, Stadium, N Fargo, Downtown, and S Fargo. There is a lot of street traffic 24/7. It didn't bother me, but my husband didn't like it. I met owner, who is extremely welcoming and friendly. I didn't need anything while I was there, but I was confident owner would respond quickly. As on second floor, there are a set of staircases (one to go up, short one to go left into space). Steps are private, but may hinder some when carrying luggage. I travel to Fargo frequently and this is my top choice. Will definitely rent again.
