The ground-floor accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A cosy and bright 20 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with two double beds (140×190), one of which is on a mezzanine
- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180×200)
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, ironing board and iron.

The property also features a lockable bike storage room, measuring 8 m², which can accommodate up to 6 bikes. It is equipped with two charging points for electric bikes, a pump and a selection of tools. Adjoining the house, it is accessible directly from the street.

You can also enjoy a small, landscaped outdoor area!

The house is ideally located in Beaumes-de-Venise, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
