• The private outdoor pool is seasonal — typically open May 15 – October 15, weather permitting. This small pool invites relaxing dips, with underwater seating, poolside loungers, and a tranquil stone waterfall.

• All Big Canoe amenities are provided and managed through a third party. Host is not liable for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or pool closures under any circumstances.

• While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.
