Awful management/ Brautiful Location
There were several issues upon checking in. 4 hours before my scheduled checking time, I received a text message saying I would have to check in a DAY LATER than my original check in date, with not explanation or attempt to accommodate my family of 9 including a 1 and 10 year old. Then when we made it to the cabin, it was dirty from the previous guest, linen was dirty, not vacuumed, trash bags on the property. They sent ONE cleaning person who ended up leaving because she had other cabins to clean so my wife and mother had to do all the cleaning and laundry. Pipes from under the kitchen sink were missing, which led to a leak. Several items in the house were broken, including the downstairs king bed that collapsed while my in laws were sleeping on it. We had to find some screws to tighten the frame for the rest of the stay. A leak from ontop of the bottom bedroom sprung and got the mattress wet, we had to blow dry and wash all the sheets again. I called and notified of management of all the issues we encounter. They stated they would call again on check out day (12/2/23) to address all issues and received partial refund for ALL the inconvenience. I have not heard from them yet!!
