Welcome to Saint Hilaire de Riez, on the northern coast of Vendée, the ideal starting point to explore the treasures of Vendée: the islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Saint Jean de Monts, Les Sables d’Olonne, or the incomparable Puy du Fou park.
This two-story house and its adjoining studio welcome you in Sion-sur-l'Océan, 400 meters from Sion's main beach, its sailing club, the forest, and the cliff path.
Market on Tuesday and Friday only 50 meters from the house.
This beautiful house, with a private terrace on the ground floor, consists of a living room with TV and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds; the adjoining studio is equipped with a sofa bed with a real mattress and has its own private shower room.
You will have two independent entrances.
The highlights of this seaside rental: television, washing machine, 20 m² private terrace and balcony, and above all the immediate proximity to Sion-sur-l’Océan.
Bed and bath linen is not provided but can be rented.

A security deposit of €500 is required for all bookings.
After booking, you will receive a registration card which will give you access to all apartment information and allow you to book additional services (linens, cleaning, etc.).
Check-in instructions will be available after the security deposit has been paid.
The accommodation consists of one bedrooms with a 160 cm double bed (or two beds of 80), one bedroom with a 140 bed and one bedroom with bunk beds.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented.
NOVA CONCIERGERIE offers linen rental:
Double bed kit: 25 euros per bed
Single bed kit: 20 euros per bed
Bath towel: 5 euros per towel
Baby bed: 20 euros per stay
Cleaning is not included, and the accommodation must be returned clean.
A cleaning fee of 100 euros (not including dishes - which must be clean and put away - or taking out the trash) can be offered.
