Nestled on the first floor of a high-end residence (no elevator), this bright apartment will charm you with its open view and large balcony, equipped with a table, four chairs, and an electric plancha—ideal for summer evenings.

The sleeping area features a spacious 20 m² bedroom with two double beds (140x190), separated by a curtain to ensure privacy, and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The apartment is equipped with a portable air conditioner in the bedroom and includes everything you need: a kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine, as well as a TV, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer.

A private parking space is included, and a free public parking area is available just 50 meters away for added convenience.

Bed linen and towels are available upon request for an additional fee.
