In the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, you will stay in Belin-Beliet, at the gateway to the Landes region and its maritime pine forest, home to small, typical villages and large lakes (Sanguinet and Biscarosse). You will have the opportunity to indulge in various sporting activities with cycle paths, canoeing down the Leyre, equestrian centers, and a water park at Lake Hostens; lovers of old buildings will be enchanted by the 11th-century church of old Lugos or, further afield, by the medieval town of Bazas and its cathedral. The Pitchouret cottage is located in a preserved natural environment with tall trees, a variety of ferns, and ponds surrounded by azaleas and rhododendrons that will delight you throughout the seasons. You'll enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation in the shade of the large oak trees, and children will find this natural space a perfect playground. As the property is crossed by a spring feeding three decorative ponds that are not suitable for swimming, parents should ensure the safety of their children. The detached house consists on the ground floor of a beautiful living room with a dining and lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one queen-size bed and two single beds), a bathroom with a large shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, two attic bedrooms (2 120x190 beds and a 160x200 bed) and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the property. The cottage has reversible air conditioning in the living areas and bedrooms on the ground floor and on the landing upstairs. You will appreciate the vintage atmosphere of the house which blends perfectly with modern comfort. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, and a flat rate of 8 kWh/day for electricity. Linens provided
