Located on the beachfront at Pointe aux Chevaux in Grand Piquey, this villa offers a serene retreat amidst lush greenery, with direct beach access. This elegant villa with a 6m x 3m swimming pool blends harmoniously into its natural surroundings, providing a haven of peace for guests seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.

Its location allows you to get around entirely on foot or by bicycle thanks to the safe cycle paths, letting you leave your car behind for the duration of your vacation.

Set on a 2375 m² wooded plot, it features a large terrace with a plancha grill for meals with family and friends, garden furniture, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower – perfect for enjoying the outdoors after a day at the beach.

The villa is divided into two separate living areas.

The main villa comprises a large, bright living/dining room opening onto the terrace, a spacious open-plan kitchen, and three master suites (bedroom, shower room, and toilet), one of which is upstairs with its own private terrace offering breathtaking views of the Arcachon Basin. On the lower floor, you'll find the cinema room, the laundry room, and a shower room with a toilet.

The annex provides additional sleeping space: a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a shower room with a toilet.
