The property is located in an area that makes it very accessible to near by scenic attractions. Less than quater mile walk to fish fry. Site is also close to the zoo, bontanical ( this is currently close for renovation), downtown and other attractions. You can literally take the bus everywhere you need to go. Taxi is always an option, fare varies (barter), bus only $1.25. There are 2 rooms with a roll out bed available. Kitchen with little amenities. Owner willing to take you shopping and yes, she does provide a ride from the airport.
My only complaint was issues with A/C. Each room and living had a unit, but you are not allowed to run the A/C in the living and main bedroom at the same time, due fo needing electrical upgrade, which leaves one area practically inaccessible and hot when decide to sleep in late. But we are always on the go until late night. So I will leave A/C on the living room when out and turn off the one in main room. I was travelling with 4 kids and this was sometimes difficult. The owner was willing to get me a fan which helped cool the living room at night. Currently in Nassau, due to increase power surge, each day customer's power is shut off for abt 2-4hrs (time varies) which means no A/C or internet. Kids did not like this. But found out customer at Atlantis loss power and ran out of water. So considering all things, we did well staying at the villa. Issue with A/C need fixing and possible a back up generator as this power surge will run until Oct.
