Nestled by the water's edge of the lower Little Missouri river, River Hollow sits on a semi-private 5 acre lot.

Perfect for small family, friend, church and couples getaways.
The main part of the cabin is an open floorplan allowing everyone to be together with 3 private on suites, each with their own full bathroom.
The 4th bedroom is upstairs with a half bath. This bedroom is not connected to any other living space, it has an exterior entrance. Perfect for anyone who likes their own private space.
There is an extra living space upstairs providing more privacy or space for your group to spread out. This living space is not connected to any other space in the house and also has an exterior entrance. The extra living space is not connected to bedroom 4. (Please ask questions before booking if you need more details)

Just steps away from the water, no matter what nature activities you have planned there is something for everyone at the cabin or nearby in the area. The changing water levels of the river make everyday unique and provide for multiple water activities during your stay. Every stay will be different.

1. RIVER GENERATION
The river sits below Narrows Dam. Water levels are subject to change at any time. We can not predict water levels. A schedule can be found online.

2. CONVECTION OVEN
Smaller than a full size oven. It will not accommodate more than one dish at a time.
A 6 burner gas stovetop, outdoor gas grill, microwave, crockpot, and toaster for cooking needs are provided.
If you have any questions please let us know.

3. PIKE COUNTY IS DRY!
If your group drinks adult beverages you will need to bring them with you.
Some restaurants are now serving.

4. WIFI
We have the best wifi available, it can still be slow or go out unexpectedly. If you have issues please sign out, wait a while and try again. We are happy to help troubleshoot and help if we can.

5.DECOR
Bed quilts, blankets, pillows etc. get washed after guests therefore, they will not always match what is pictured in the listing. There may be a different color or pattern. We change out bed linens etc. to fit the season.
Cushion color for outdoor sofa may change as needed for cleaning.

6. DELIVERY
Any item to the lodge for rental use is strictly prohibited!
We will not be responsible for getting ANY rented item back to the renter!
This includes but is not limited to: boats, floats, baby items (cribs, highchairs ect.), digging or fishing items.
FOOD MAY BE DELIVERED ONLY

7.MAINTENANCE
We do our best to have maintenance done when guests are not on the property.
Some maintenance is done on a rotating schedule not allowing us to decide when it takes place.
We do our best to inform our guests beforehand, or have it rescheduled if possible.
We do not always know when they are coming.
For example: Gas delivery, mowing, outdoor pest control, any emergency home repairs, ect.

8.NATURE AND CRITTERS
You are in nature by the water. Please expect to see critters of all kinds.
