This single-storey house of 73 m², typical of old fishermen's houses, is located in the sought-after district of "Gourmalon" where villas, chalets, chapel and kiosks each tell a story. It consists of three double-passing bedrooms, a fenced garden and a 20m² terrace, thus able to accommodate up to 6 people.



Note that its layout is atypical, with "passing" bedrooms (each bedroom leads to another room).

The open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room and dining room gives direct access to the garden. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, as well as all necessary kitchen equipment. A shower room, two toilets and a laundry room with washing machine and a second shower complete the accommodation.

A sheltered outdoor space allows you to store bicycles or beach equipment.
