This gated community is perfectly located just minutes/walking distance to both Methodist and University hospitals, as well as UTSCHA medical school. Both theme parks, Sea World and Fiesta Texas are within a 10-15 min drive. Popular attractions in the downtown area such as the Alamo, Riverwalk and the Pearl are only 8-12 min away. If you're in town for a concert

Have ordered my condominium for more than 10+ years and I’ve never had a problem. There’s cameras everywhere outside in the parking lot and a security guard. Goes around on a nightly basis.
