Mare Lindo is an antique casona fully remodelled from the gut and upgraded to host 3 independent studios.
After a few years of managing vacation rentals in Progreso area, Mare Lindo is our first own project by YV. We took in consideration aaall the do's & don'ts in preparing a home for hosting vacation rentals.
Some of the features you will surely appreciate from the photos, but some others more discrete will make your stay here a pleasant one.

Mare Lindo es un proyecto personal que nos ha llevado muuucho esfuerzo. Lo hemos pensado, planeado y construido cuidando cada detalle pensando en como nos gustaria ser recibidas en las airbnbs que hemos rentado antes en diferentes partes del mundo.
Mis cosas favoritas en el mundo son el mar y sailing. ¡Y me encanta el café!
Hablo español, inglés, hablo un poco poquiiito de francés.

Open concept studio with over 430 square feet. Located on the northern corner of the casa and overlooking the pool area. It has a queen bed.
Some of the features in each studio:
- fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, water dispenser, fridge, coffee maker.
- keyless entry, alarm system & safe.
- steady and strong wifi re-routed to each unit.
- 43 inch Smart TV.
- Hot water on demand & pressurized water.
- Exterior terrace & seating area for private use. Be sure to try the hammock on the terrace... It is our definite favorite spot!

Mare Lindo is in a priviledged location, it sits in a residential neighbourhood, mix of expats and locals, a few blocks east of the Malecon, Progreso's iconic boardwalk. And yes! Just a block from shore :)
