This condo is all about location! 201 juniper springs dr 93546 Enjoy being located on the mountain, walk out of the condo, walk 50 steps, strap in, and ski down to the chair lift (eagle express chair 15). This condo is on the first floor and provides very easy access to the famous Mammoth Mountain. Being on the first floor is a great amenity because after a hard day of skiing, just walk right into the front door with no need to get on an elevator with all your gear. Walk through the entry door of the condo and be greeted by a living room (including a sofa with a pull out full bed & 60 inch tv with sound bar), dinning area with seating for six, and a gourmet kitchen with bar seating for three. There are three bedrooms; two bedrooms on the south side of the condo (primary with king bed & guest room/office with two twin beds), on the north side of the condo you will find the 3rd guest bedroom (queen) and guest bathroom. Enjoy 2 balconies in the condo, one from the living room and one off of the primary bedroom. Both balconies have wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Another great reason that this condo stands out is that right out of the entry door the condo joins a beautiful great room, hot tub, heated pool, ice machine, vending machines, and coin operated laundry room. During the summer enjoy the community BBQs and lay out by the pool. During the summer there are many great activities and that includes a 5 minutes drive to Sierra Star golf course, a championship 18 hole course that winds through the pine trees and provides a beautiful mountain setting. Enjoy hitting the ball further than ever before at 8,000 feet above sea level! This is the highest golf course in California! In the summer enjoy world class hiking, mountain biking, fishing, fly fishing kayaking, and so much more! In the winter enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. Very family friendly condo that is accustomed to/for children. There is also a free shuttle to most of Mammoth during their hours of operation. The town of Mammoth provides many great activities. Enjoy local breweries, a state of the art bowling alley, a movie theater with reclining seats, great dinning options, shopping, and so much more! Amazing property and host!

Condo is in an incredible location, very easy to access ski lodge and all amenities. The host was super prompt with any questions and helped us immediately when we left an item at the property after check out. Five stars all around!

Perfection!

Do not hesitate to book this condo for your stay! Everything was worry free from the condo itself to the communication with the owner! The grounds are superb, parking facility, proximity to ski lockers and the ski in ski out access! The beds were extremely comfortable! We look forward to many more stays here!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Mammoth! The location was perfect—ski in ski out. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. It was comfortable and convenient to locker storage, laundry, gym and hot tub. Communication with the owner was excellent—responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Best location!

Great place - the unit is perfectly situated in the building, only a 1 minute walk to the snow and on the lift in 5 minutes. We'll be back for sure.

Great Location

Great location ski in and out. Room is also in great location in the hotel step to pool and ski. The condo is nice and well stocked with coffee and teas. Very comfortable. We plan to return.

Wedding Weekend

This property is a very short walk to Eagle Lodge where one of the wedding meals was held. It would be great to stay here during the ski season too.

Amazing location!

Our entire group enjoyed our stay at Sunstone. The condo is spacious and has all the amenities for a long or short stay. From the bed linens to the ski locker to the kitchen amenities, everything was perfect. The ski in/ski out feature was a huge hit with those who hit the mountain. For those who didn't ski, the pool/jacuzzi & gym filled their days. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!

Gracious Host

We had a great time. Ski in and Ski out perfection. The location of the unit within the complex is amazing. Close to the hot tub, gym, lockers, elevators. The main sitting area is right outside the room. The Host is amazing. Highly recommend this unit.

Amazing ski in ski out condo

The property is awesome and in a great location. Locker amenity was awesome and the condo had an amazing feel to it. Super warm for after being on the slopes all day. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location

Family Spring Break Trip. Great location and sunrise views. Communication from owner was above and beyond! Clean very well stocked and very comfortable for spring snowboard trip. Great sofa with room for 8 for movie nights. Will be back! Rob

Terrible!!!!

Dirty sheets, mold in the shower, broken beds. The only good thing is the location! The host is unresponsive and didn’t care to check in after we reached out to make sure we were happy.

Absolutely perfect Mammoth location!

This 3BR condo is so warm and cozy, yet also spacious and comfortable. The unit is a prime location- on the main floor and close to the back gate (by the pool) where you can ski down to the Eagle Lift. This is the truest definition of ski-in/ski-out. The condo is absolutely lovely- we treated it with respect and as our own. It had plenty of pots and pans, brownie pan, spices, utensils, and even hot chocolate! We brought our own but it was nice to know there was extra in case we ran out. The bathrooms were stocked with nice large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They provided plenty of toilet paper and nice extras like q-tips and cotton pads. The only thing we would’ve brought from home would be a few towels for the hot tub (which was amazing!)- we didn’t see any pool towels. The host is an excellent communicator who responds promptly. We appreciated all of his informative and helpful replies. The garage is nice, big and we never had trouble finding a parking space. It was a 10 out of 10 stay! Maybe a 20 out of 10! There’s a cute guest book and we had fun reading the comments and leaving our own. Thank you to the host for sharing your fabulous place!

Beautiful, ski in-ski out

We had a wonderful stay with two families of 4. The two main bedrooms (king and queen) are separated by the kitchen and living room which was great for privacy. Huge couch for our two teen boys and the third bedroom had twin beds for our girls with lots of room for all their stuff. The coffee cart is so great! Very large dining table. Perfect location! We will definitely be saving this one for future trips to mammoth.
