Rest assured: all the common areas of your chalet (playground, swimming pool, entrance...) are new, clean and ready to welcome you for a peaceful holiday! A covered and heated swimming pool (28º) all year round will allow you to relax and fully enjoy your holiday.



Just a few minutes from the sea, this charming chalet of 60 m² that can accommodate up to 6 people is located in a residence in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and is ideal for a family stay.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant garden as well as a beautiful 28 m² terrace fitted out with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for your outdoor meals or moments of relaxation in the sun.



Inside, from the moment you enter the chalet, you will discover a bright and warm living space. It consists of a comfortable lounge with a corner sofa, an armchair and a television, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Extending from this, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The open, modern and functional American-style kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as a second high table with two stools, perfect for quick breakfasts. A large bay window illuminates the entire space and offers direct access to the terrace.



At night, the chalet has 3 comfortable bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: a suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200), its private bathroom with shower and WC

- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80x190)

- Bedroom 3: two nested single beds (80x190)



A second bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as an independent toilet complete the accommodation.



An outdoor parking space is available in front of the chalet.



For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine.
