8 Cottage Beachfront Estate

The Hideaway in Hull Bay is a unique beachfront island experience. With 12-bedrooms between 8 cottages hidden in lush landscape, this is the perfect destination for any group that wants to remain together yet have their own personal space. The central pool and pavilion are the perfect place for gathering together to enjoy meals, an afternoon cocktail and overall relaxation. Just steps away from the famous Hull Bay Beach, everyone in your group can enjoy paddle boarding, snorkeling, or lounging.

Each cottage has a unique feel with 1-2 bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms, kitchenettes (two cottages have full kitchens), and outdoor seating areas. Guests will be greeted with a welcome cocktail. Continental breakfast and light tidying is a service that may be added at an additional cost. Guests will have full access to our private pool, and can enjoy our pavilion to lounge-in or play games. The property is set on 5 acres of flat land with a farm using sustainable practices. The farm sources fresh ingredients to the nearby restaurant, or you can host your own farm-to-table dinner created by our in-house chef. Spend your evenings in the private pavilion or head over to the local’s favorite spot, “The Shack” where you can enjoy craft cocktails and fresh fish tacos.

Guests will have access to all 8 cottages, a private pavilion for lounging, games, and meals. The pavilion leads to our private pool, and yard, which guests have unlimited access. Tours of the farm are available upon request.

We recommend renting a car, as taxis can be hard to find in the area, and St. Thomas is not walkable.

While this website has a max of 16 people, the property sleeps a total of 24 guests with double occupancy. Please let us know how many guests will be in your group.

Property Rules:

Always close the gates to the street behind you (the driving gate closes automatically)
No feminine products in the toilet
Do not walk on the farm without a staff member (this is a working commercial farm)
Do not pick anything! This includes fruit, vegetables, flowers, and foliage.
There is a full-time staff on property, you may see them walking around and tending to the property
Please conserve water, as rainwater is our only source of water on the island.
Please consider purchasing Reef safe sunscreen for your trip (i.e., only active ingredients are zinc and titanium dioxide-- it is the Virgin Island Law)--This helps us to protect our coral reefs and fragile ecosystems
Do not walk on or touch coral, it harms the coral and can hurt you
