Welcome to this modern house located in the Larvor district, in Loctudy, just 800 metres from the beach. Ideal for a family or friends' stay, it can accommodate up to 4 people and has a garden as well as a furnished terrace to enjoy outdoor meals.



Upon your arrival, you will discover a bright living space comprising a lounge area, a dining room and an open-plan kitchen. The lounge, with its sofa and armchair, is equipped with a television, ideal for moments of relaxation. You can share your meals around the indoor table or enjoy the one set up on the terrace.

The open-plan kitchen, contemporary and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker and a kettle. For added comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal in the kitchen.



The house has 2 bedrooms:



Room 1: has a queen-size bed (160 × 200)

Room 2: has two single beds (90 × 190)

A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the accommodation.



You will benefit from a private outdoor car park allowing you to park a vehicle in front of the accommodation.
