Al and Deb, thank you so much for your kind review. It was truly a pleasure hosting you both. I especially appreciate how well you cared for the home — everything was left in beautiful condition, which never goes unnoticed. Your communication throughout the stay was excellent, and you were both so friendly and easy to host. And of course, sweet Rip was a perfect little gentleman! 🐾 You are all welcome back anytime at The Humble Haven.

Perfect Location and Home to Re-set

This was exactly what the doctor ordered. A perfect sized home in a quiet neighborhood, with parks, stores and anything else you could want or need within a 10-15 min radius. Host was very attentive and helpful ... quick with responses and a pleasure to meet. If you're looking for a place to escape that is the perfect size for two, four or more ... this is it !! Will definitely consider this as an annual place to stay. :-)

Humble Haven Holiday !!

Dana and Dave were great hosts. They were very receptive and welcoming when we arrived. The house was very clean, well laid out and there is lots of room. Nice / clean backyard with a heated pool and a very nice waterfall. House and backyard are pet friendly. The two car garage was nice and clean and will accept a short box pickup truck. The house is in a nice / quiet area just off Bell Rd. and is close to shopping, golf, spring training baseball etc. We had a great stay !

Wonderful home!

The home was located in a very nice, safe neighborhood close to shopping and many restaurants. There were green spaces with a walking path. The owners were so kind and welcoming and attentive to our needs. The property was decorated so well and furniture was newer and very clean and comfortable. The master bed was so comfy I slept so well there! The back yard was private and had a nice water fall pool in the yard which was a bubbler. This is a really nice place to stay I feel so fortunate to have found it. I absolutely would book this again!

Everything I Needed ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Dana was incredibly attentive to detail and ensured that everything was perfect for my visit. She was readily available to answer any questions and provide assistance when needed. The home was immaculate, well-stocked, and exceeded my expectations. There is also plenty of green space in the neighborhood to get in a good walk with minimum traffic. It is close in proximity to shopping and entertainment and not far at all from local hiking trails. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Hi, I’m Dana—an Arizona-based real estate broker, design lover, and Airbnb Superhost since 2023. I also host on VRBO, where I share carefully curated homes designed for both comfort and functionality—ideal for extended stays, relocation, or restful getaways.

As a digital nomad myself, I understand the little things that make a space feel like home. The Humble Haven includes a private office, strong Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and calming touches throughout.

I also offer optional extras for guests who want a smoother landing: grocery stocking, local recommendations, and curated add-ons to make your stay more seamless and memorable.

When I’m not hosting or managing real estate, you’ll likely find me off-roading somewhere scenic, in the kitchen trying a new recipe, or working in the garden. Hospitality is an extension of who I am—I look forward to sharing that with you.

Cheers!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This home holds deep personal meaning for me—it was the first property I ever purchased, near where I attended graduate school. It’s the home where I began my family, stepped into real estate, and fell in love with design.

Much of what makes this space special is thanks to the vision and skill of my longtime friend and collaborator, David. From the custom pool and waterfall to interior finish work and thoughtful design features, his craftsmanship helped bring so much of this home to life—work that still stands strong nearly two decades later.

The neighborhood remains peaceful, welcoming, and full of memories. It’s a joy to now share this home with others.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This home has been the heart of our family for nearly two decades—lovingly maintained and thoughtfully landscaped over the years. We’ve always appreciated the location: close to top-rated schools, shopping, and many of the city’s best attractions, yet nestled in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood with walking trails, parks, and playgrounds just steps away.

One of the most tranquil and beloved features is our custom SPOOL—a spa/pool hybrid with jets, a swim jet, and a beautiful, stacked stone waterfall. Morning or evening, you’ll often find us relaxing on the patio, listening to the soothing sound of the water and enjoying the calm that this outdoor space brings.
