This is a legal vacation rental in a hotel zone area of Maui. F507 has been completely remodeled - everything has been professionally updated including new kitchen and baths, stainless steel appliances, granite, tile, carpet and furniture. The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything needed for your vacation. In addition, we have free Parking and WIFI in unit.

Looking for a place on Maui is overwhelming, when you consider how many choices there are. There are many good reasons for choosing our condo, so let me list a few.

*We are very conveniently located on the West side of Maui, between the resort areas of Kapalua to the north and Kaanapali to the south, less than 15 minutes away from historic Lahaina town (which is no longer there after the August 8, 2023 wildfire).

*Although we are close to everything, our condo is located in a quiet, residential area - so you get the feel of being a local, walking across the street to the beach, or to one of the local hangouts - like the Beach House, Dollie's Pub, Miso Phat (all of which are family friendly.)

*Kahana Beach is just across the street, with a local surf spot to the left and a family friendly beach directly in front, where you can often find sea turtles on the beach. In addition, we are within 5-10 minutes of some of the best swimming and snorkeling beaches in the world - Kapalua, Napili, Kaanapali, Honolua and Airport Beach.

*Our complex, Kahana Villa, is not oceanfront - but we are closer to the beach than many oceanfront properties, and the view from our lanai/balcony is extraordinary, with spectacular views of sunsets and the islands of Molokai and Lanai.

*Our unit is very large by Maui standards at 1300 square feet, plus we have a large lanai where you can have a cocktail or a meal and watch one of our fantastic sunsets, or whales, when in season.

*Our unit is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer. AC in each bedroom. Both owners, Kelly & Mark are born & raised in the area and know it well!

*Our unit is reasonably priced - for about the cost of a a nice hotel room, you get a well equipped, 1300 square foot condominium with a stunning view. We provide good value and a great base to enjoy all that the beautiful island of Maui has to offer.

*With two full bedrooms and baths and a well-equipped kitchen, this unit is ideally suited to share with another couple, or for a family vacation. There is a cal-king in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the livingroom.

*Amenities - Washer/Dryer in unit, Swimming Pool, Hot tub, and Tennis Courts, Barbecue Area at the pool.

**Things to consider from a suitability perspective:

The master bedroom is "loft style" which means that, while private, it is semi-open to the main living area, and noise from the main living area can be heard in the bedroom. Also, there are a few high windows in our bedrooms do not have shades, so the condo, and the bedrooms start getting light as soon as the sun rises or when there is a full moon.

For Seniors and parents with small children, we would like to point out that BOTH of the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. As these may cause problems for people with mobility issues, we wanted to point these out.

*And finally - A note about air conditioning. Those of us who spend a lot of time on the island are not big fans of air conditioning, preferring to open the windows and let the ocean breeze cool us down, and many of the units in our price range do not have air conditioning. We do have a nice state of the art ductless air conditioning units that very nicely cools down the main living area, guest bedroom and the master bedroom.

*We live less than a mile from this property and are always available to assist our guests, and we happily pay all required taxes to the State of Hawaii (Hawaii Tax ID numbers are TA-201-701-4784-01 and GE-201-701-4784-01)

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Maui. It's in a great location near the beach, with easy access to Lahaina, Ka'anapali, and Kapalua. We enjoyed the pool and the property had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and attentive. Highly recommended!

Breathtaking view & accommodating host

Outstanding Maui experience

This was an our first trip to Hawaii and we were picky about the VRBO property we selected. Our family is large (6), and we wanted close proximity to beaches as well as a comfortable stay.Kelly was a wonderful host. From the jump, and throughout our stay, her communication was superb. The condo was as advertised: Clean, on the water, comfortable, and well equipped. She even attended to the little, but important items: Condiments in the fridge, beach chairs, body surfing boards, towels, cooler, and equipment for water and racket sports. We loved enjoying the view of the ocean from our patio each morning and evening, and we could literally walk to the beach across the parking lot anytime we wanted. The condo was close to other beaches and sites as well. While the condo is probably ideally suited for 4 or 5 guests (due to number of bedrooms) all six of us made it work well. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a pull-out bed/sofa, and a rollaway bed for our extra sleepers. The beds were very comfy, and it was super handy to have a washer and dryer on property. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Again, Kelly thought of everything, and you’ll love your stay in this beautiful location. We are grateful for the Maui memories.

Perfect Place to Unplug

My college roommate and I celebrated 40 years of friendship with a ladies week in Maui. We wanted to be near Lahaina to support the local economy and this condo was the perfect spot.With two full bathrooms and bedrooms, we each had our own space and the spacious living/dining area allowed us to share meals and entertainment. Breakfast every morning on the patio was a treat with our view of the ocean. The number of surfers, paddleboarders, and swimmers told us all we needed to know about water conditions.The kitchen is fully equipped to cook or reheat leftovers you may acquire while eating out around the island. There are restaurants and small shops within walking distance (Miso Phat Sushi and Captain Jack's get all thumbs up!).The listing indicates the bathrooms are upstairs. This is not a typo. If you or anyone in your group has mobility or incontinence challenges, be aware.The main bedroom is loft-style, so it is open on one side to the living area below. If someone is a light sleeper, I'd recommend the back bedroom for them. If you need complete darkness to sleep, bring an eye mask. The blinds work wonderfully. For us, waking to the slow rise of the sun was just fine.Additional dining, beaches, groceries are a mere 10 minutes or less away. Parking wasn't an issue and the area and the unit were quiet.We didn't take advantage of the pool because . . . well, beaches and ocean.Thank you, Kelly, for your hospitality.

Perfect spot!

This is the third time we have stayed in this condo and the first time we’ve rented it with the new owner, Kelly. We have always loved the location and the layout of the condo, but Kelly has stepped it up a notch with updated furniture, air conditioning in the second bedroom, tons of beach equipment, and some goodies to welcome us. The view is outstanding, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. We can’t wait to come back for a fourth time!

Great Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The manager was very attentive, left us a welcome gift and came to meet us and brought us some fresh coconut. A wonderful couple!The condo has the most beautiful view and we were able to enjoy our morning coffee, on the balcony while watching the whales breach. Many surfers to watch as well.Beds were comfy and everything was great. We had 5 adults in our party. Only downside to the condo was that we had two on the sofa bed in the living room and two in the loft bedroom so privacy was not the greatest. I think this condo would be better suited for two couples or if it was kids on the sofa, wouldn't be an issue.Pool area was great and the location of the property was great.Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful condo with amazing view

The condo was perfect for our family of four. We were traveling with two teenagers and had more than enough space for all of us. The condo is very clean and equipped with everything you need. They provided beach/pool towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The views from the condo are spectacular. We made sure not to miss a sunset. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect!

Family vacation with 6 adults. Condo was spacious and clean and very comfortable for 6 adults. Views were amazing. We seen a lot of whale action from the lanai and beautiful sunsets. Short walk across the street to the beach where we seen turtles sunning. Pool was refreshing and clean. Everything you need was in the condo. We made use of the grills by the pool, the beach chairs and beach towels provided.

A magical stay

This condo was absolutely amazing. There is an ocean view through huge windows and off the balcony and we saw turtles, dolphins, and whales every single morning as well as beautiful sunsets each evening. The property was extremely clean and its decor was super cute and very tropical without being cheesy. Beautiful furniture and comfortable beds and couches. We received a couple of snacks from our sweet host but there were also so many amenities to take advantage of, from loaner coolers to flip flops and snorkel masks in case you forgot anything. Having a washer and dryer on hand was also great! Walking distance from the beach, Maui Brewing, and restaurants. Such a gorgeous haven for us, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Relaxing vacation in Maui

Gift to the family

The location was great, ocean view was beautiful and right across the street from the beach. The condo was stocked with everything you could think of for a stay and a lot of things we totally forget. Enjoyable stay!

The condo was clean, well-suited, quiet and comfortable! well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Appreciated having beach towels and chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and snorkel gear. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was amazing! The balcony was so big with 5 chairs and a table. The ocean view was unbeatable though both balcony and master bedroom huge window, especially the most beautiful sunset. The host was friendly and we were very welcomed. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone going to Maui and I would stay here again!

Memorable Experience!!

The property was just as described and very clean!! Decor provided a welcoming atmosphere. Even the pull-out sofa was very comfortable! The lanai has a nice view of the ocean; many "extras" included (beach towels, beach chairs, toys); kitchen very well stocked with appliances, cookware and service-ware. Baths and laundry like new. All soaps, towels, cleansers supplied. Location was convenient for all of our destinations. Kelly, our host, was fantastic - answering questions and offering suggestions for our party of 6 from as early as the initial booking. Very timely responses. The extra kindness shown us was much appreciated! The ONLY negative about this property is that it has no main level toilet, so for those not able to navigate stairs, this would not be your best choice - though, this was referenced in the description. Would definitely book again!!! (Oh, that all rentals could provide such accomodations!!)

Dream Vacation

This condo is a dream. Not only is it in the most perfect location right across from the beach but it is in the cleanest complex, right across the parking lot from the pool/hot tub/barbecues (which are very well kept), and has an absolutely stunning view of the ocean. We were so comfortable with multiple sleeping options including a sleeper sofa and a roll a way bed. There was tons of storage in the bedrooms and closets to put our clothes away and even amenities in the bathrooms like hand soap, body wash, shampoos, and soaps to wash clothes. Also want to add that there were beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, beach towels, and so much more for us to use. We can not wait to come back! The host was so kind and easy to work with. We highly recommend this condo!

Great Location- Great Condo

Absolutely loved the condo. The Kahana Villas is in a wonderful area. Just a short drive north of the hustle and bustle of the Kaanapali resort area. The view from our condo was magnificent. Sunsets were so beautiful from the lanai. Loved waking up every morning to enjoy coffee on the lanai while watching the ocean. The condo had every thing you could possibly need. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment, beach towels and even some macadamia nut treats for us to enjoy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper level, so if stairs are a concern, this might not be a good choice. The unit has an AC unit in the master bedroom, and the guest bedroom can be a bit warm, but as host Kelly pointed out, open the windows and take advantage of the trade winds and you will be quite comfortable. We hope to visit Maui again, and would absolutely stay here again!

Just book it

Our stay was pretty much flawless. Host communicated great, everything was very clear in terms of checking in. The place was really well stocked in terms of the kitchen and bedding but also had all of the beach stuff you could possibly want which we really appreciated. The pool was good, can easily walk to two nice laid-back small beaches, and there are a few options to walk to for food as well. One thing that wasn't clear, at least to me, is that the master bedroom is not closed off but rather a loft and if someone is staying in the sleeper sofa or roll away bed downstairs they can hear and see lights from upstairs and vice versa. Didn't end up being an issue for us but it could be for some family situations. Also they do have shades over the windows but they are light filtering and not light blocking and there is a ton of sun that comes in in the morning, so unless you have eye masks be prepared to have an early start to your day. But who wouldn't want to in Hawaii?

Beautiful!

Everything was as described in the apartment, excellent views from the master bedroom and the balcony, we had the chance to enjoy some of the most beautiful sunset 🌇 and many whales. All the appliances work great, TV's, a/c ( I do agree with others customers about needing additional a/c in the other room) Location of the place was great, plenty of restaurants and very close to the harbor. Host was always in communication and super friendly. For sure we recommend staying at this place. Thank you for making are 30 years anniversary unforgettable ❤️

Clean and well stocked, Kelly’s place was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Keep the windows open and skip the AC - between the wind and the waves, it’s easy to drift off to sleep for an afternoon nap after a morning of snorkeling.

The condo was very nice and great size for two couples! The kitchen was well equipped for the cooking we did. The lanai had a beautiful view of the ocean! The only improvement suggestion is air conditioning for the second bedroom-otherwise it was awesome!!

*Our unit is very large by Maui standards at 1300 square feet, plus we have a large lanai where you can have a cocktail or a meal and watch one of our fantastic sunsets, or whales, when in season.

*Our unit is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer. If you read our reviews, you will see that in general, people really enjoy staying with us. We try to answer your questions thoughtfully and quickly.

*Our unit is reasonably priced - for about the cost of a a nice hotel room, you get a well equipped, 1300 square foot condominium with a stunning view. We provide good value and a great base to enjoy all that the beautiful island of Maui has to offer.

The master bedroom is "loft style" which means that, while private, it is semi-open to the main living area, and noise from the main living area can be heard in the bedroom. Also, there are high windows in our bedrooms that do not have shades, so the condo, and the bedrooms start getting light as soon as the sun rises
