This beautiful newly built second story Guest House is just a 35 minute walk from The Hill Country Mile. A walkable stretch of locally-owned boutiques, antique shops, restaurants and galleries set in the heart of downtown Boerne, Texas. Enjoy the local shopping, fine dining, breweries, coffee shops, market days, events, a stroll along the river or just stay in and relax while you enjoy our private covered porch overlocking our beautiful quiet neighborhood with lots of majestic oak trees.

This hill country/modern style 2 bedroom, 2 bath house includes a breezy covered porch, fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar, complementary snacks and drinks, pantry, dining room, TV’s with Netflix, Wi-Fi and full size washer and dryer, making it the perfect option for a longer stay, business travel or a romantic getaway! Master Bedroom with new King size bed.

Guest access:
-Guests have access to the entire Guest House with private Covered Porch.
-Guests will be given a code for the front door before arrival.
-Two parking spots are provided at the far right in front of the garage
-Please no parking in the shared driveway anytime
-Guests must provide number of vehicles along with make, model & license
plate of the vehicles.

Lester was a superb host. The property was beautiful, quiet, and very conveniently located to town, restaurants - everything we needed. The neighborhood was perfect for our daily walks. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, filled with natural light, and felt like an open-floor retreat. With a ten-day stay, we cooked daily and truly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this booking.

The host, Lester, was wonderful-very responsive and friendly. The place was clean and comfortable and in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Washer/dryer available although we did not use them. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a couple of caves to tour. Also near enough to drive to other towns within 30 minutes. Would definitely rent this place again. Highly recommend!

Boerne, TX - Good location, better house

This property is exactly as described. 2 bedroom, 2 full baths. There is a set of stairs, so - a no-go for handicapped accessibility - but the listing makes this very clear. Having a washer and dryer is a must for travelling these days with limited luggage. The accommodations were sparkling clean and we weren't lacking any amenities. Although having a pizza cutter and some ice trays for the freezer would be nice. The neighborhood is quiet and close to town. We only saw the owner/family twice but they were very friendly. The family cat is very friendly. If we ever travel to Boerne again, we would book this accommodation again. it suited our purposes wonderfully!

The above garage apartment was very welcoming. Very clean. Modernized and well kept. The owner did supply everything we needed, coffee, shampoos, soaps. Everything was there. Had brochures on things to do in the area. They answered every text I sent quickly.

Perfect little getaway!

My sister and I went for a girls getaway, and it was perfect! The place is clean, comfy, and close to Main St where there are lots of shops and restaurants to visit! We saw over 20 deer when leaving the neighborhood the first evening there, and it was a great surprise for these city girls! Would definitely stay there again!
