Arrived into Monaco at 5.30AM, only to find the code for the door didn't provide access! We spent nearly one hour trying to access the building, all to no avail. We tried to contact the concierge but didn't receive an answer until the afternoon of the next day! We EVENTUALLY made it inside the apartment (by complete chance we discovered the code worked for an another door and that the 2 buildings were connected) The code ceased to work for the whole trip so each time we had to detour through another building to access our room. Diabolical service! The aircon was not switched on in our room so the room temp was over 30degrees when we finally got access. The air con was poor throughout the stay. Knowing we would arrive late we had asked for the 2nd bed to be made-up which it wasn't. Would never stay here again!
