Inside the studio, you will find a functional and well-appointed space. The main room is bright and welcoming, with a comfortable living area featuring a sofa bed (140cm), as well as a bedroom with two bunk beds (90cm).

The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary cookware.

An added bonus of this studio is the private parking, allowing you to park your vehicle with peace of mind, and a closed loggia for storing your belongings.

In terms of convenience, you'll be pleased to find that the residence is close to several shops, restaurants, and cafes. Couchant Beach is about a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to fully enjoy the warm sand and blue waters of the Mediterranean.
