Inside, you will discover a beautiful, welcoming living space from the entrance. The lounge, comprising a sofa, two armchairs and a decorative fireplace, offers a warm space to gather. On the other side of the room, the dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 7 people. Two bay windows on either side of this space bring lovely brightness and offer direct access to the garden. The independent kitchen, functional and fully equipped, includes gas hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a bean-to-cup espresso machine, a toaster and a kettle.



On the night side, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): two single beds (90x190)

- Bedroom 2 (first floor): one Queen Size bed (160x190)

- Bedroom 3 (first floor): one Queen Size bed (160x190) and one single bed (90x190)



Two bathrooms are at your disposal: one with a bathtub and hairdryer, the other with a shower and toilet. An independent toilet completes the accommodation.



Three private outdoor parking spaces are available within the property.
