Kevin kept in contact until we arrived. He helped with our luggage and was in contact with us during our stay to meet any needs. Property was very clean and an easy walk to the boardwalk and restaurants . Highly recommended.

Spacious apartment with an exceptionally well stocked kitchen. Check-in process was easy and all information was provided ahead of time. Lots of info from host about parking which we had no difficulty following reviewing the city website. Host was friendly. Amazing location for tourists. Highly recommend!

Great location. Historical home within walking distance to the harbour front, citadel and public gardens. Very well stocked. Street parking permit was reasonably priced but sometimes challenging to find a spot which may be typical for this area.

Great location for walking to Harbour Front . spacious, clean. Parking on the street, with some parking restrictions between hrs of 8:00 am-12:00pm.. Host messaged me to make sure everything was ok with our check in. And if we had any questions to ask.

Lovely Stay

A very nice stay. Location was good but you need to be fit to stay here without a car. It's a good uphill climb from downtown.

The apartment was well kept and roomy for 4 adults. 20 minute walk to the harbour front and access to many different activities and historical sites.

Everything was as described, communication was prompt and there lots of little extras, including coffee in case you don't have time to shop on your arrival day :)

Great Stay

This property met all of our expectations, jude a 30 minute walk to Downtown/Harbour front and Dalhousie. Coffee lovers, be sure to stop by Ramblers Coffeeshop around the corner!

We found the place easily. The parking situation was easier to manage than expected. The place was clean and quiet with a lovely deck out back amongst trees and garden. It was the perfect location for wandering downtown and enjoying the waterfront.

Sisters trip to Halifax

The accommodation was perfect for us. Super clean, super cozy and well stocked. We each had our own bedroom. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony and we enjoyed the location: short walk to lots of awesome things to do and see.

Apartment with character close to downtown. Clean and comfortable, quiet and spacious. Floors are uneven but it is an old building and the interior is nicely done.

Cute Place

Cute place to call home for a few days. A great neighbourhood with nice restaurants around the corner, and easy walk to downtown. Street parking signage was a little tricky, but there are some cheap day rates nearby.

Beautiful Apartment with everything available that you would need. Plenty of dishes, cookware, towels, bedding etc. Deck off the Living room was an excellent idea!

Cute apartment and wonderful host. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment and enjoyed the deck. Kevin was helpful and prompt to reply to messages. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. We will definitely stay here again. Wonderful neighbourhood with coffee shop and restaurants close by. Easy to walk downtown or up to campus.

Great Location

Located on a quiet street, no parking, just down the street from the Citadel. Contained all the required amenities. Building is a bit wonky, with noticeable dips in the flooring; not an issue for us but may be for others. Place was reasonably clean. I would recommend this place to others.

We stayed for three nights while exploring Halifax and surrounding areas. The bedrooms were comfortable and one in particular had a ton of space. Our kids were thrilled that there was an option for a third sleeping space when they'd had enough of each other! My daughter found the office couch super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The dining area and livingroom are not huge but were perfectly fine for the four of us. We enjoyed sitting on the peaceful deck after the kids went to bed. Everything was clean and the host was responsive throughout the booking and arrival process.

What a great location!

We used this as a base for a few day trips around Nova Scotia mainly, with one day trip to NB. The property is older, but clean, solid and well kept. 2 kids each had a room to themselves, and we had a comfortable master BR at the opposite end. Nice quiet back balcony deck with a BBQ which came in handy. Kitchen was not lacking any amenities at all. We ate in comfortably a few times. Location-wise there is much to walk to. Walk to the Citadel and catch the harbour ocean view, sunrise and sunset. Very popular little bakeries and coffee shops that open at 7:30 AM ( I'm an early riser and really appreciated the kitchen coffee maker). We walked walked to the waterfront, as mentioned down the hill. Walk back up was harder - powered by oysters and wine! We really enjoyed this location. We will be back!

Great, spacious property. Well situated, and walkable to anywhere downtown. This worked perfectly for our group. Parking worked out well enough, and we never had any major issues with our car. Would recommend.
