Beautiful views, heated pool and all the comforts of home

Open the front wall of sliding doors and enjoy the outside seating and dining area and the beautiful valley view as well as views of city lights in the distance. Enjoy the double bed chaise on the second deck area as well. Our 8 meter heated pool and patio area overlook the valley. The house is on 1.7 acres of natural beauty with a 180 degree view of mountains and a valley and the sound of water running from the nearby river.
The house is only a few years old so there are modern appliances, fiber optic wi-fi, smart TV, plush linens and comfy mattresses. . We have 3 baths two bedrooms, a family room and three outside areas to relax, enjoy the view, socialize of find a quiet place to read.
If you need more than a heavenly place to lay back, we are a half hour from the city with restaurants and shopping and an hour from the beach. There are great day trips to waterfalls and beautiful walks.
We will negotiate monthly rentals in the off season.

The TV has Prime, Apple, Disney, YouTube and Netflix for your viewing pleasure. We have an HDMI cable for your use as well.
Atenas is a great community with a great nice grocery stores, restaurants and the population is welcoming

After we book, we will introduce you to our most excellent caretakers, Piet and Yvonne. Our property managers, Piet and Yvonne Asma, a multilingual (English. Spanish, Dutch and German) couple from the Netherlands are ready to make your stay the best it can be.

As an additional service to our house guests, they offer fee- based airport transfers to help you avoid the potential hassles you can experience in getting from and to the property on your travel days

They also provide car rentals and a variety of tours including daytrips to the Poas volcano, La Paz Waterfall gardens, the very popular organic coffee tour but also various more active tours like ziplining, horseback riding or a private Catamaran sailing tour.

They can arrange for you to have your fridge stocked with your favorite groceries upon arrival, or have a home cooked meal ready for you on your arrival day. For special occasions they can have a local chef come to the house to prepare a gourmet dinner.

After booking the property they will reach out to you to make sure you get all the information you need to make your stay as good as it can be.
