While close to everything, you will also enjoy the quiet privacy of the 1-bed /1-bath, single-level duplex. Newly updated finishes and amenities will make you feel at home, including new appliances and a well-stocked kitchen, plush towels, quality linens and a comfy queen-size bed. The private patio is an ideal space for chillin’ and reserved, off-street parking provides stress-free access.

Great area, close to downtown
This property is a clean, quiet, great place to stay if you’re in Boise. The neighborhood consists of very well kept, historic homes and seemed very safe. I wasn’t worried about my BMW parked at the curb, as a few houses away, a $150,000 Porsche was parked at the curb. The property itself had all the amenities we could want. The only slight complaint we had, and it comes down to personal preference, was that the mattress was a bit firm for our taste.

Gallery stay!
Stepped in unsure from the outside what to find. Inside was a welcome retreat, From unique artwork on all the walls to oversized, comfy, high end furniture we immediately felt at home. Everything we needed and more was included. Especially liked the hot water pot to make tea as most places only offer only coffee makings. Managers are great to work with on top of it!

Such a Perfect Spot!
We needed this space for grandparents who couldn't manipulate stairs in our home over the holiday. It was so perfect. Roomy, beautifully decorated, clean and in a fabulous location. The owners were so responsive to our questions & needs. Just really top-notch. They will be our go to whenever we need guest overflow in Boise!

We have been hosting in various locations for over 10 years and are excited to offer a peaceful setting for you to home base from as you enjoy your time in our beautiful “City of Trees”. We live in the same neighborhood and are happy to provide recommendations.

This locale is close to so many of Boise’s gems. Camel’s Back Park, the expansive Ridge to Rivers trail system, Hyde Park, Bogus Basin recreation area, and a short distance to the heart of downtown. Where you will find a plethora of options for noshing and people watching. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and parking is free. One block from Harrison Boulevard you will find iconic homes ranging from turn of the century to mid-century modern. It’s also a main arterial that takes you easily to The Linen District, various Garden City wine and beer tasting rooms, the Farmers Market and access points to the Boise Green belt.
