Location, Location, Location

What a great unit, we stayed 8 days. The Bed very comfortable, everything we needed was there at the unit for cooking meals without having to go out for breakfast or dinner every day. The Location was fantastic. In a quiet neighborhood, next to park. It was with-in easy walking distance to downtown, the and the Capital building, several great restaurants. The Co-Op market was right around the corner. It also had easy access to the major roads like State St, Front St, and Hwys 84/184 and 20/26 so any direction you were headed was easy to go. Great time of year to visit with all the Trees and flowers in bloom. The Owner was very accommodating and helpful. thanks Jim. If the fact that it is a duplex makes anyone hesitate (like me), "Don't." The long term tenant was very quiet and when we did meet, such a nice person. Helpful on where we might want to eat or what to go see. It was well worth it, Boise is a great place and we hope to move there some day.

2nd time, but not the last

This was the second time that I have stayed at this property with my daughter. It is. Cute place in a quiet cul-de-sac. We enjoy the location. There are also games to play at the property. The kitchen has everything you need. This is a must stay property!

Location, location, location!

What a great location…downtown, Hyde Park, the North end, the East end, and more…all within walking distance. Just what we wanted. And when we weren’t out we enjoyed the spectacular view right outside our big windows! It seemed as if we were in our own park setting with views of squirrels and Fall colors! If it had been warmer we definitely would have enjoyed the secluded backyard. And it had everything we needed. Great place!

Perfect size for 1 or 2 people

Lovely setting, peaceful, park outside your doorstep. very relaxing. Centrally located, near downtown, North End and East End within walking distance. If you like to walk and explore Boise, this is the place for you.

Best little spot in town!

First time in Boise and I couldn't have picked a better spot. Great location, great property to work with. I will definitely choose to stay here when I return. The owner was the kindest person and we are so grateful.

This is a perfectly sized rental for two people. My wife and I travelled to Boise for a family reunion and had the best time with this location as our home base. It is within walking distance of the Capital, BSU, parks, and other downtown attractions.I also want to give special attention and thanks to the host, who made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect, and for going above and beyond what is expected. I can't stress this part enough.Stop looking for other rentals in the area. This is the one!

I’ve been here multiple times and it feels like a home away from home. Owner very personable and easy to contact if needed. Property allows for relaxing on the patio and very quiet neighborhood!

Jim is the consummate host

Staying at Couple's Getaway in North End Boise while I spent ten days in town for dental surgery (medical tourism) was a dream come true. Starting with Jim's awesome hospitality, responsiveness, and availability to address any issues that came up, the space itself was perfect for my needs - quiet, cozy, and clean. And being introduced to North End Boise was a treat. Couple's Getaway is 2 blocks from a great food co-op, and close to pretty much everything else downtown. I recommend this space highly.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay. The house is very well appointed with everything we needed. It's a classic house with many updates and so comfortable. The location is great, near everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood is quiet with spacious parks and plenty of parking all the time. I would highly recommend this property and host.

Peaceful stay in excellent location

Nothing but positive experiences. My partner and I teleworked from this location for the better part of the week. They had all the amenities to work, cook, and a lovely backyard to hang out in. Backs up to a park and is walking distance from downtown and the coop for groceries. Excellent communication with the host too!

Excellent place.

This is the perfect quiet spot to stay. Right on a park, clean and communication with the host was easy and comfortable. Parking was no issue. I would stay here again.

Great location

This cottage is in a convenient location. Quick access to downtown, Hyde Park and an easy drive up to the ski mountain. The owner was responsive and friendly. Would recommend and will stay here again.

Great location!!

This is the second time I have stayed at this unit. We love this location. It is within walking distance to Hyde Park which is such a great location for coffee and restaurants. The unit has everything you need for your stay. We love to cook at the house and we had everything we needed. The spices are an extra bonus. The decor is really nice and comfortable. The bed is super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

An excellent choice for downtown access for two people. Comfortable and well appointed. The only drawback was limited street parking and had to walk as much as a block in evenings. Manager very helpful and perfect for our needs in Boise.
