Welcome to Coco Bay Cottages, a collection of 3 cottages and 3 villas that stretches , from the Atlantic Ocean front to the protected Coco Bay.
This Incredible villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and sit oceanfront on the Atlantic. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and a private attached bathroom. Both the second and third bedroom have queen size beds and share a full bathroom. This Villa is equipped with all the latest amenities including a 60" flat screen TV, wireless internet and AC.
Sip a cocktail on your expansive private deck with an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Looking for protected waters? Take a stroll across the property and enjoy all the beauty and tranquility of Coco Bay. Joining us by boat? We offer free dock space to our guests during your stay.

This is a great location and property. Part of the road to get there is a bit rough, but also lots of fun.

The best part of Green Turtle Cay

It's past the end of the paved road but it's well worth it! Over the years we've been to several places all around the Bahamas - but this is the best in many respects. The property is unique. It spans from the ocean side to the bay side - each of which is mere yards away from the house. It even has it's own dock so if you rent a boat you can berth it there. They are still completing repairs from the hurricane a couple years ago but our house was roomy with new appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and our stay. The reef right off the beach is amazing and thriving. We went out snorkeling twice a day! Rex the manager was there whenever we had a question and was always happy to help with any and all our needs. He met us at the dock when we arrived and was there when we departed 2 weeks later. Great experience. We will be back!

Our stay at Coco Bay Cottages was very disappointing. These cottages should not be rented. Both are extremely dirty, unsanitary and unsafe: there was mold on the ceiling in the master bedroom (first cottage); unsafe outlets loose from the wall; missing smoke detector; dirty and stained linens; stained and moldy pillows and pillowcases; threadbare stained towels; dirty rugs; dirty walls, light switches and cabinets; dirty & greasy stove, microwave and refrigerator; dirty & greasy dishes and silverware; dirt inside drawers in the bedrooms and kitchen; lightbulbs missing; broken, unsafe lamps; no lamps in bedroom; dirty mirrors and shower curtain; dirty ceiling fans; filthy windows; screens coming off the slider; holes in screens; half the windows were non-functioning and the bathroom window was falling off; uncomfortable moldy seating in the living room for only 3 people; lack of adequate furniture; lumpy comforter with holes in it; wrinkled moldy sheets & not properly made up; torn curtains and bed skirt; extra long pillowcases on standard pillows; dirty floors; deteriorating bathroom vanity; water running out of the cistern all night; loud pump noise every time water was used, including the icemaker, especially loud in the bedrooms so no restful sleep; trash and debris under the decks; no caps on deck posts; uncomfortable deck chairs once we got them; trash and debris throughout the property including a dangerous pile of wood by the dock; nails on the deteriorating dock; brok
