Self-catering apartment on the second and top floor of the owners' house, with independent access, comprising: an entrance hall, a living room/kitchen with a lounge area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190 cm; one with a wooden cot/two single beds 90x190 cm), a shower room (shower and two sinks), and a separate toilet. A washing machine is shared with the owner in a laundry room on the ground floor of the house. Private outdoor area with table and chairs, shared barbecue. Parking for two cars. Nestled in a hamlet in the hills above Esserts-Blay, this house offers a peaceful and rejuvenating setting, while remaining less than 4 km from the shops and supermarket in La Bâthie. This spacious cottage, converted from attic space, charms with its generous proportions and views of the valley and mountains. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant garden with trees and flowers, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. A private area is specially designed for al fresco dining or relaxing in the sun. Parking for up to two cars is available. Ideally located 7 km from Albertville, this cottage is the perfect starting point for exploring the region in any season. In winter, enjoy the finest ski areas: the Brides-les-Bains gondola (28 km away) opens the doors to Méribel and the famous 3 Valleys ski area. You can also reach Valmorel/Le Grand Domaine or Hauteluce/Les Saisies just 32 km away, as well as the Grand Nâves Nordic ski area, 28 km away. In warmer weather, it's time to relax and enjoy leisure activities: the Morel leisure park with its swimming pool in Aigueblanche (18 km), or swimming at the Grignon lake, 8 km away. And for the enjoyment of young and old alike, a fenced henhouse next to the house shelters its adorable inhabitants: Twitter the rooster, Jacotte the goose, and Max the gander – a rustic touch that will delight the whole family!
