We’ve stayed at Ko Olina Beach Villas in the past and being on the 9th floor made this unit truly special! The view of the ocean was great and the view of the grounds and two pools was also wonderful. The beds were comfortable and all amenities worked great. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Loved this property- it was perfect for our family raining from ages 12-80! Great location- lots to do without leaving the property but also close enough to explore all parts of the island. Really great amenities and ease of checking in and out were great.

All was exactly as previous reviewers have noted. This is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy this little slice of paradise. We appreciated the laid-back atmosphere, the beautiful and uncrowded pools, and the incredible and peaceful lagoon—just a perfect place for our 6 and 3 year old grandchildren. We spent hours enjoying the sun and beautiful water. The beach toys available to guests were an added bonus! Thank you for a very special family vacation. All had a GREAT time.

Even better than described

We spent a week at the Ko'Olina villa with our two adult kids and our daughter's fiance. The villa & resort are even better than pictured and the perfect home base for travels around Oahu. There is plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, and a lanai with an incredible ocean view. Oahu is very expensive so being able to have many breakfasts and dinners at home, with lunches out during our travels really helped keep meals costs down. Beds were comfy and we took advantage of the beach chairs and snorkel equipment stored in the locker on the lanai. (Another wonderful perk!) The Ko'Olina town center is adorable with lots of restaurants & shops. The lagoon beaches are beautiful. Honestly, after walking along the beach path to see the Aulani and Four Seasons, we wouldn't have traded the Beach Villa property for either of them. The Makai Hale Beach Bar at the Villas has the best bar view we saw all week. We have a friend who lives in nearby Kapolei and she said in her 37 years on the island, it's the best beach bar view she's seen too! :) It was easy to get to every place we wanted to visit from Kailua, to Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, and the North Shore in 25-45 minutes. The traffic is no joke in Honolulu so abide the advice to avoid the highways going into Honolulu from about 7a-9a and out of Honolulu from 3p to 7p. We advise to give yourself ample time to enjoy the Beach Villa property each day, it's a gem!

Beautiful view from the balcony! It’s just short walk to the peaceful beach! The property manager was responsive and friendly.

Family getaway

Excellent facility, location and view. Nicely appointed with ample beach equipment, kitchen supplies. Convenient parking for our 2 cars. Would gladly stay here again.

Beach Villa Vacation

Property is conveniently located on the southwest coast of the island and is well furnished with many amenities. The staff is very helpful and responsive.

Great property and location

We rented the property for my daughters 30th birthday! My grandchildren ages 2 and 1 haf a great time too!! They had portable cribs (2) and the place was clean and comfortable!! Only thing negative is that the entire places needs new/updated appliances! Thanks for a great stay!!
