We've thought of everything you might need in a home for young kids and fun in the parks. To include- a brand new double BOB stroller, pack-n-play, baby gates, high chair, and even kid size potty seats. Located in the exclusive Storey Lake resort is an easy 15 minute drive to Disney. The resort has all the amenities including; a resort style pool with lazy river and splash pad, tiki bar and restaurant, mini golf, exercise room, and arcade. Or you just relax in your own space with a private lanai and your own pool. We also have plenty of appliances for all the cooking you might need, games for family fun, AND toys and books! Ready for everyone in the family to have fun!

Great family place

The condo was great for a family with kids. My daughter was thrilled about the Frozen room and my boys liked the Lion King Room. The place was clean and the heated pool was nice. Washer and drier also are great! It took us about 30 minutes to get to Universal Studios each day. It has a great club house with a fun lazy river and big pool and hot tub. Basketball, volleyball, and mini golf. We did have an issue with the upstairs bathroom Drains being clogged that we didn’t get resolved, but we were able to use other bathrooms in the house. This was mentioned to the owners ,who offered to try to get it resolved or compensate us if we messed with it ourselves. Ultimately, it was a nice place in a nice area with lots of stores and restaurants close by. We’d stay again.

Frozen & Lion King Rooms- Near Disney

The property- decor, rooms were exactly as pictured. We were able to check in early which was nice and allowed us to access the club amenities. The home was clean. The rooms were spacious. The frozen and lion king rooms were big hits with the kids. Areas of improvement- dishwasher was broken which meant I washed everything by hand for 10 people. We were notified a new dishwasher was ordered and would arrive after our stay. The unit needed more sauce pans for cooking. Also needed additional pool towels. The actual unit pool was small - like the size of a hot tub. There was a nearby community pool that was walkable. The lazy River/slides (Hideaway Club) was actually outside of the Storey Lake community- we had to drive outside of gate and pass a traffic light. Was less then 2 min drive but not walkable. The QR code never worked for gate entry. There were no spices in the kitchen. The baby gates and kid friendly items were wonderful- toys, high chair, books. Overall nice alternative to be near theme parks.

AAU Volleyball Nationals Stay in Storey Lake

This property is so well decorated and clean. It is perfect for families. We had 7 of us staying, 4 adults and 3 children. It has 2 master bedrooms so it is great for 2 sets of adults. There is plenty of room for children in the other 2 bedrooms as well. We loved the large kitchen island perfect for preparing meals and eating. We also loved the large living room for hanging out. We took advantage of the washer and dryer while staying as well. The outdoor space is nice with some shade and then the pool area is enclosed with an atrium. The property manager has great communication and she strives to make her guests comfortable and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

Everything about the property was amazing. The rooms were beautiful. My daughter and niece loves frozen, the design of this room was perfect. The other character room has been renovated. We were so surprised when we arrived. My son loved it. Both rooms beautifully designed. The host Rachel was amazing. Book this house, you will not regret it. This property was a 10/10.

Home away from home

This property exceeded all expectations. The spacious layout of the home comfortably accommodated our group. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great place for everyone!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay! Grandparents on the first floor and family of 5 on the upper floor. A bathroom for everyone! The pool was a huge hit with the kids and it was heated to 86 degrees as listed :-). Excellent location to everything in Orlando. We will tell friends and family to book this condo for a visit to Orlando!

Excellent

One of the best vrbo rentals we have stayed at. We had 3 generations. We loved that the house was completely spotless(!!!), comfortable, and enjoyed the heated private pool. We also took a short walk down to the neighborhood pool which was fun. Bonus- an ice cream truck came by! We would absolutely book again.

Cozy clean and comfortable

The townhome was clean and all the beds were very comfortable which was very helpful after a long day at the parks. All of us enjoyed the heated pool at the house as well as the “Water Park” as our grandson called it!

Universal Getaway

My husband and I booked the home to enjoy Universal Studios. Our local family from Tampa was also able to come enjoy the home with us. It was so easy to navigate the property and the amenities were wonderful. The lazy river is a must! Great location. Quiet area. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay!!!!

I got this place for my daughter's birthday with her and her family. They had the best time and stay here. Wonderful Hostess and area. Everything was communicated great and the place is like advertised. A must stay for anyone coming to the area.

Great vacation rental

The property was in a spot close to theme parks, restaurants, and local stores. Everything was clean and was as expected. We had 4 adults and 6 children ages 7-17 in our group. The kids stayed 3 to a room which was easy with the full size beds. Everyone had room to spread out. Having 3 full bathrooms was great. The living and kitchen area was spacious and allowed for family meals. Rachael was a great host. She checked with us throughout our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would highly recommend this rental.

Clean and Comfortable

The only 2 issues I had was the gate doesn’t work well when it is dark outside and no one answered when you hit the button for help. And the pool wasn’t cleaned until Wednesday. It was pretty dirty the first 3 days of our stay.

The place was so pretty and clean. Check in and out was so easy. We were check on throughout while we were there to make sure check in went well and to see if we needed anything. Everything is exactly like pictured. We felt like it was home away from home. We will be back shortly.

Beautiful home

Home was very clean. Plenty of space for 9 of us. Pool was warm!! Could use a lounge chair out by the pool to lay & relax on. I would rent this home again.

Spacious townhome with all the amenities

The home was beautiful. We actually spent most of our time there and did not visit the parks. Having all the amenities on site was so nice. The the kids especially appreciated having the toys to play with and the themed bedrooms. We all loved the throw blankets in the basket and are probably going to order some of the same kind for our own homes! We had plenty of space to spread out. The resort is so conveniently located - close to all the shopping, dining, and parks. It was great to have a designated parking spot and we loved that the trash was taken daily, as well. Overall, we highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Great place for a group stay

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. Not a huge place, but plenty of room for four adults. Also a very quiet location, especially for a townhouse. Was very quiet!

Super clean, excellent location

The property was excellent, as was the location. It looked just like the photos, and was very clean, updated and well stocked. Only 10-15 minutes to Disney parks, 30 minutes to Universal. Grocery store, Target, Walmart, pharmacy, gas station all within 5 minutes. It was a huge bonus having the small private pool to take a dip in at the end of our long, hot days. The large community pool with slides/lazy river was also a hit with the kids. Communication/management could have been better. There was a glitch in the system and our welcome message was missing the necessary entrance codes. I alerted management & received a quick reply which was fantastic. However, I then received 3 different codes & never received a reply to my question about this. Thankfully 1 of the codes worked during check-in. There was one final question I had & never received a reply to that either. Lastly, a guest who was meeting us before spending the day together was denied entrance at the gate, even though she provided the correct info. After driving over to let her in, we were told this was because management forgot to list my name on the property for our stay.

Great townhouse!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children loved our stay at this townhouse! The location was perfect for our trips to Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. We loved the great room/kitchen/ dining area with access to the private heated pool. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were a great set up for our group with grandparents on the first floor and everyone else in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. The furniture and decor was all so great and the holiday decorations were such a homey touch. We all loved our short trip and we didn't want it to end!!

Great place for a family and small children!

When looking at rental properties in the Disney area, there are so many to choose from. We chose this property because of all the thoughtful details for those traveling with small children. We have 2 year old twins and really appreciated the included baby gates on the stairs, high chair, double Bob stroller, toys in the bedroom, fenced in pool area, and overall lack of clutter in the home. This home was also very clean and in a great location for access to all Disney has to offer. We would definitely stay here again on future trips!
