The holiday home, built in 2017, is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Malinska. The holiday house is situated on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
