Welcome to Villa Joséphine, built at the end of the 19th century. Nestled in an emblematic street in the passage district, this charming address invites you to experience authentic living, just steps away from the port, beaches and Sablaise life.



The Villa unveils a 140 m² house, entirely designed to welcome families and groups in a setting that is both friendly and functional.



The house is spread over several levels:

On the ground floor, the bright living area tastefully furnished, brings together an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable lounge to share beautiful moments.

In the basement

Two bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 160), an office space, a bathroom with toilet, as well as a laundry room (washing machine and dryer).

On the 1st floor

A modular bedroom with 3 single beds (including 2 that can be combined into a double bed), a bedroom with a 160 bed and desk, as well as a second bathroom with toilet.



Outside, enjoy a courtyard, ideal for your breakfasts or your returns from the beach. A plancha is available.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION



Arrival: between 4pm and 5:30pm at the agency (In case of late arrival, self-check-in flexibility outside peak times.)

Departure: 10am (Low season and outside events: late departure available as an option.)

End of stay cleaning and bed linens are included! Towels optional

Security deposit: Security deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not charged except in case of damage
