Amazing studio apartment in a landmark Art Deco building located in the perfect location for access to the Capitol, the Mississippi Fair Grounds, and all major hospitals. Secured building with gated parking for your safety. Tastefully decorated and equipped for your enjoyment.
The space:
Queen memory foam bed, 43” smart TV, wifi, private laundry, and giant shower. Well equipped kitchen includes dishwasher and full size appliances, along with pots, pans, and gadgets. And if you are not in the mood to cook – head out to Belhaven where there are several very nice bars and restaurants just a few minutes away! And the popular Fondren District is just up State Street which has all kinds of trendy shopping and dining experiences in a quaint historic neighborhood.

We have tried to think of many small details to make your stay pleasant by making it a place we would want to stay when we travel! We hope you will enjoy our clean cheerful apartment in the heart of Jackson.

This is an excellent place. I love staying there. I wish I could’ve stayed there for my entire trip, but it was all booked up. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful time staying at this listing! The building and parking lot are gated, which made me feel very safe. The space was cozy and had great lighting, and the included washer and dryer were great to have.

Great place to stay

The studio apartment is very clean. The bed is comfortable with nice bedding. The kitchen is great. Also, the location is awesome—downtown Jackson sites are very walkable.

Convenient and comfortable

Great place for one or two people if you need somewhere to stay in downtown Jackson. Comfortable bed, convenient location, clean and well equipped with a friendly and helpful host.

Weekend getaway

This is a cute little place, conveniently located to many restaurants and several attractions in/near the downtown area. The manager was very responsive to my inquiries. This is a great place to stay.

Close to the hospitals

Very decent, just dust the studio and maybe a covering around the water heater for the aesthetic:). A cute, safe place to stay especially if you're in town for work at one of the hospitals.

Boombox Classic Weekend

This was a very fun stay! The property was a beautiful Art Deco Style Building with great amenities and a central location! My only criticism was the bed, the metal frame made a creaking noise all night everytime you moved...Other than that this was an excellent stay!

It was a great place to stay, a good location and very accessible. I was able to communicate with the host very easily. My only concern was the cleanliness of the bed spreads. The sheets were irritable to my skin hence there were sightings of hair and little spots and the blankets and covers did not smell fresh or clean.

Secret spot in beautiful Art Deco building

Beautiful restoration of wonderful building. High-end appliances and finishes. Right between Fondren and Belhaven. Walk to many restaurants, shopping and activities. Great landscaping and maintenance. Impeccable customer service! Very safe & convenient!

Hidden Gem

I felt safe and secure because of the key only gate and building entry door. Place is nice and clean. Quiet, smells good. Was able to step outside on the side walk to smoke a cigarette without being harassed by tenants in the building who don’t know the difference between guest and street walkers. Management is nice and concerned. The owner told me he never saw people sit or stand outside his building for a casual conversation and smoke so I was delighted to have been his first encounter with that. he was really nice about it and I was able to enjoy my break on his property without feeling harassed or like I wasn’t welcomed.really great property &people. Can’t wait to book again
