PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located in a traditional Cannes building, close to the city centre.
Upon entering, you are welcomed directly into the main living area. The lounge features a comfortable seating space surrounded by large bay windows, providing abundant natural light throughout the day. A dining area completes this inviting space.
The open-plan kitchen, set just beyond, is equipped with all the essentials for everyday cooking.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms:
- A main bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and access to a private balcony
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm)
A bathroom with WC completes the layout.
The apartment stands out for its brightness and its fluid, well-balanced layout between spaces.

From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport: approx. 30 minutes by car via the A8
From Cannes train station: approx. 5 minutes by car or 17 minutes on foot

All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
