The house offers complete privacy. Large living room opening onto a south-facing terrace of approximately 50 m² with direct access to the garden. Three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for adults, and two children's bedrooms with four single beds and a shower. Three toilets, a large dining room, an open-plan kitchen, and a laundry room.
