For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private terrace of around 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is located in Saint-Martin-de-Hinx, in a quiet residential area in the countryside. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, sports facilities, etc.

Ideal for enjoying both the countryside and the beaches just half an hour away by car, or Bayonne and its summer festivities.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (1 vehicle).

In summer, a beach bus serves the coast.
