Peaceful Studio Apt. in the ❤ of the Black Hills

My family and I live on this property but will be on the main level of the home. The studio apt is upstairs and has a private entrance. There is a queen size bed, twin size sofa sleeper, full bathroom, large closet, dining area, kitchen and a patio. Basic toiletries and cookware are provided. A smart TV has Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus access.

This property is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood downtown Whitewood. Whitewood is conveniently located in the beautiful Northern Black Hills giving you easy access to many adventures the area has to offer. Nearby National Parks and Monuments include Mount Rushmore, Devils Tower, The Badlands, Wind Cave, Jewel Cave and Crazy Horse. Spearfish is only 13 miles away and has many local attractions including: Spearfish Canyon, Spearfish Creek, the D.C. Booth Historic Fish Hatchery, hiking and biking trails and so much more. Spearfish has a wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. There are frequently community events and annual festivities to enjoy in Spearfish. Sturgis is only 7 miles away famous for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Deadwood is only 13 miles away. Famous for its many historical sites from the Wild West Gold Rush days. Deadwood is also known for its gaming and offers a wide variety casinos, saloons and nightlife.

I have an Old English Bulldogge, Charlotte and a cat named Jewelz. My pets are not allowed in the guest units. Charlotte will be outside in the shared yard space from time to time. She is very friendly and we do our best to keep her out of your way. We do not leave her unattended in the yard.

Quiet time is 10pm-7am as I do have young children. This doesn’t mean that you can’t check in late or come and go at any time, that doesn’t bother us at all. Just keep in mind we have sleeping little ones. On the flip side to this my house is not quiet during the day as I do have two toddlers and a teenager. We do the best we can to keep the noise level down when guests are here but you will hear us.

Parking is available throughout your stay in a shared driveway. If you need more than one standard parking space please reach out to see if you can accommodate that.

Access to I-90 is less than a mile away.
